Universal Terms & Conditions

Below are Terms and Conditions that apply to every GroupASave voucher. Any Terms and Conditions that are contradicting will be stated or highlighted in the deal’s fine print.

  1. All vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and/or goods and services.
  2. All vouchers are non transferable unless stated in the deal’s fine print.
  3. One voucher is valid for ONE redemption/ person per visit only unless stated in the deal’s fine print.
  4. Vouchers cannot be used with any other offer or promotion unless stated in the deal’s fine print.
  5. Expired date will be stated in the deal’s fine print. No replacement or extension for any expired voucher.
  6. Vouchers must be presented when redeeming offer.
  7. GroupASave and the retailer/ merchant will not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers or voucher reference numbers.
  8. No cash or credit will be issued for partial redemption of the promotional portion of a voucher.
  9. Duplicate use, sale or trade of a voucher is strictly prohibited.
  10. Unless otherwise stated at the time a voucher is purchased, all vouchers price do not include service charges, value added or taxes, which may be charged to the customer separately by the retailer at the time the voucher is redeemed.


*Voucher/Coupon is general term which means the same item.

Purchasing GroupASave Vouchers

Q: Is it secure and safe to purchase GroupASave voucher?
A: Yes, it is. We do not store your credit card details on our servers or anywhere else because the details are transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault.


Q: What can I expect after I purchase?
A: You will receive an email confirmation on your completed transaction. When the discount reaches the minimum number of buyers, you shall be receiving another email indicating the discount is on.


Q: What to do if the transaction isn't shown in my account eventhough I made the transfer successfully?
A: You may forward your payment information, including Order ID, Name, Discount purchased, and purchased amount to support@groupasave.com, and we will verify you payment as quickly as possible.


Q: I didn't get my coupons after the transaction is made with success, and the Deal is already tipped.
A: First, check your junk/spam email if the coupons are misplaced. If you still can't find the Email, you still can check your coupons by logging on to our website. Then, scroll your mouse over your username, click on "My GroupASave" to check for the relevant coupons.


Q: My friends has mistaken delete the gifted coupon E-mail, what should I do?
A: You can get gifted coupons for your friends by logging on to our website. Then, scroll your mouse over your username, click on "My GroupASave", click on "Gifted Coupons" to view the relevant coupons.


Q: When can I use my voucher after purchase?
A: The redemption period is stated on the voucher/coupon. Normally it takes 24-48 hours after the deal ended. Please refer to the coupon or the fine print section when you purchase the discount.


Q: What if I buy as a gift?
A: When purchasing a voucher as a gift, you will be able to see it under “My GroupASave” section of your “My Account” dashboard when the deal reaches the minimum number of buyers. These vouchers will be marked as gifts, and you will be able to either email or print them out and present to your friend! 


Q: What happens if the discount does not reach its minimum number of buyers?

A: We will refund the full amount you paid immediately to your wallet if the deal does not reach the minimum number of buyer after time runs out. However, if purchase made using referral credits will not be refunded as they’re only usable once. You could always earn more when you invite friends to GroupASave.

 

Q: What to do if the transaction isn't shown in my account eventhough I made the payment successfully?
A: You may forward your payment confirmation information, including:
  • GroupASave Username / Email
  • Order ID
  • Discount name

to support@groupasave.com, and we will verify you payment as quickly as possible.


Q: The bank I wish to pay from is not shown during discount purchasing. What can I do?
A: Some payment gateway requires certain minimum amount. For example FPX (including Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, CIMBClicks, etc) with minimum amount of RM15. It will not be shown here if your purchase amount is less than that. You still can purchase the discount after Topping Up your Wallet.

 

Using GroupASave Vouchers

Q: I've gotten my GroupASave voucher! How do I use it?
A: As easy as 1-2-3. You print it out, bring it to the retail outlet and redeem it.

Q: Do I have to use my GroupASave voucher immediately after purchase?
A: Not necessary. All GroupASave vouchers have an expiry date with lots of time for you to redeem. Please refer to the individual voucher(s) for expiry date and other terms & conditions.

Q: What if I duplicate my GroupASave voucher and circulate it?
A: Each GroupASave voucher comes with only one unique serial number. Once that number is redeemed, it is not valid anymore.


Q: The GroupASave voucher carries my name. Are my GroupASave vouchers transferable?
A: No. GroupASave vouchers are generally not transferable. Retailers have the right to check and disallow the redemption of the voucher if the voucher is redeemed by a different person.
